we are a Service Provider and we have the exact same problem.
Unfortunately the randomizer option is not viable fur us.
Could it be possible to implement on option (other the the already present ones) that permit to customer to choose the schedule time, but that present the field as empty, so the customer will be forced to choose a time?
In this way the possibility the all the customer will choose the same time will be minimized.
